Thank you Shellea. I started exercising with u 6 month ago. At my 63, I was feeling like a physical and emotional wreck when started. Now 6 month later and 14 kg lighter I feel great. You have been my motivation and I'm so grateful to you. Keep doing what you are doing, its FABULOUS.

Started this workout feeling a bit "meh" about myself but I gradually started feeling a lot more "yeh!" As this workout went on. A fab all allrounder and also a great way to get some of that step count in for the day. I didn't have my 1kg dumbbells today but still felt the affects of this. Excited to try this with dumbbells next time around! Stay strong and fabulous! ❤😁👊

I am doing the 14 days workout with Fabulous 50...It is so much fun but I am following u all the way because I no that one day, one day my belly will b gone by God's grace I am just doing the exercise From last week exercise I feel so different today Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow ...I no that doing the exercise each day , I will lose the belly fat. So I am not worrying but try to follow along ,

I love your workouts. I'm 60 and they are perfect for me. In some videos you have a "count-down" sound on 3,2 1 - which I appreciate as it means I don't have to keep looking at the clock.....I love the music you use (a dancing teacher always appreciates rhythm in the music that suits the tempo of the steps) and I appreciate that you don't talk all the way through the exercises. When you do talk its for information or for egging us along - a perfect balance!!! Thank you from Susan in Sweden

I have been using Schellea's workouts -- 30 minute fat burning walking workout, arms, legs, etc. For about 3 weeks and my muffin top is literally falling away. I've lost over 5 pounds and I am doing so much better with balance. I am 63. I am so incredibly thankful for these workouts I can literally do in between meetings, etc.

I started your work out videos about 3 weeks ago and love it. I am going to be 68 this year but still quiet fit , I have been quiet slacka tje last few months but for my sister recommended me to try your exrersice routine,I am now hooked. The "Do More Be More" message pulled me out of my body and my joy in a jarring and unpleasant way so I skipped most of it. The message "You are enough, enjoy the movement and feeling alive" would be much more relaxing, rejuvenating and empowering, for me anyway. The world is constantly screaming "you are not enough" at women already and dance/movement time is a sanctuary from that, usually. Otherwise though, this workout was lovely, as are all of your workouts Shellea. Thank you!

Therefore God the judge has given man the death sentence due to man's sin, but because of God's mercy, he gave himself(god incarnate/jesus)to die on a cross for the sins of the world. That means he paid our fine and if we trust in him God can legally let us go guilt free in court/judgment day and have everlasting life with Him "go and sin no more"-Jesus

I love your mini trampoline workout, so I modified this one and used the mini trampoline and 2 pound weights for the first 20 minutes. The pace is perfect and I worked up quite a sweat. Thank you!

I have been doing workouts for a month now 30 minutes for 5 days a week and two days light exercise this month I been in-between works out and some work out left me sweaty and broke me out alot so I did different ones that made me dread but you! I have been doing it because it doesn't break me out, it isn't painful and is something that makes me look forward to

Thank you Schellea, I've been doing your workouts for the past year and exercise at least 5 days per week. I feel so much better for it. I'll be 68 this year and my goal is to be fitter and feel better when I'm 70 than I did at 60. I also love your make up and clothes tips. Thank you so much!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this one!!! First the Roxette song and then a chance to do the Twist. Could this be any better? I enjoyed the consistent walking or moving my legs. I also liked the arm and balance exercises. I am giving this one a 5 Star WOW!

Thank you Schellea, for this fabulous exercise. I thoroughly loved it and while I managed I worked up quite a sweat. I started doing your 5 minute videos about 2 months ago, I would do 2 or 3 at the time. Gradually I’ve been doing more and more of the walking and the longer exercises. Now I usually do one longer and 2 shorter ones every day. I’ve become so much fitter and lost a few kilos two. And my daughter commented on my arms and legs looking so much better just the other day. I love your videos and yes, I’m old enough to know the first song very well (67). Loved all the music in 5is video btw. You keep me motivated, so thank you again 💕👏😃

Thanks Shellea! I found your channel the last week of December, and love your videos. I have gone from couch potato to keeping up with the 30-minute walking workouts in one month! Thank you for showing me it is possible to get in shape without having to jump around and do crazy maneuvers. Love the music you use! I remember that first song which I was singing along to. 😀 Also, love the advice on hair, make-up and clothing. Thanks again and have an awesome day!
