30 minutes DAIMOKU with Sensei Daisaku Ikeda

⭐"Nam" comes from ancient Sanskrit. The closest translation we know of is "devotion of our mind and body." Next, the words "Myoho-Renge" mean the ultimate reality of the universe. It is said to be the universe to which Nichiren Daishonin is enlightened, and "Kyo" means the teaching of the significance of "Myoho-Renge."
🌈When you chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo you are able to uplift your life condition significantly. From the repressive and smothering world of hell, one can swiftly gain entry into an expansive and liberating life state of infinite compassion and boundless wisdom.🧡💛💚
