More jobs, better pay, safer streets, lower taxes, medical costs, and slowly removing funding to higher education make it more selective on student candidates. Encouraging and bringing awareness to bluecollar apprenticeships, organize with companies to encourage more apprenticeships(im not informed on white collar work but im sure alot of people can learn what you need and grow from it).make the peoples lives better and play the long game.
