I know this is 6 months ago and no one will see it but Kazuya is legit made for people who understand other fighting games like mortal kombat, tekken and street fighter, I just wish they gave the same treatment to Ryu and Ken who are Carbon copies of each other and don’t even have their best moves just the 3 moves from the Original Street Fighter game and one move that looks like the Street fighter 4 special art moves. If Ryu or Ken had their full moveset they would be a menace to the game too

(Shulk main nerd glasses emoji moment incoming) For some ungodly reason, it does actually snap to ledge, but only if it's been out for like 30 frames. You have to be a *mile* above ledge when you use it to actually grab, else you just killed yourself, and rest assured, no matter how much you've played Shulk, you're still praying to high hell you didn't misjudge the spacing every time you do it.

Actually, scary as it is, snapping to ledge from up high with it is usually the main use for it there is, since when you recover like that, it's effectively impossible for 90 percent of characters to contest your recovery due to just how long the hitbox extends onto stage. Beyond that, it's useful for ledge-roll reads, and... that's kinda it.
