Some of the shops around my way had Christmas stuff on sale at the back end of August! I only wait until the first of December before our decorations go up. But you always know when it's Christmas, as the Easter eggs go on sale in the shops, and the summer holiday adverts start. 😂

October is for halloween, November is for Thanksgiving, and December is for Christmas!! In saying that slot of my Christmas did not come down at all and I have enjoyed it!! But I hate seeing it in July in the sores I think it should not come out until after Thanksgiving.

In my family it used to be the day after Thanksgiving that the tree went up. (In the US it is the 4th Thursday in November. the Friday after was the original Black Friday that set off the Christmas shopping/decorations.)

I always had ours up early December time when my lasses were young, now I stick to two week before the big day and it all comes down on boxing day! 😂 as much as I love all the fuss, I can't waaait to gerrit all down again 😅 ocd 🤭🥴
