yea the ghost is leonora jhonson who got killed by jock AKA president if u go to internet and search Whokilled a site will appear with all the info and the fun fact is if u collect all the letters u will meet jock and u can kill him or abandon him sewer gator sounds is the sounds that were going to be alligators in the sewer (u get it? sewergator = sewer alligator and the swamp monster is a boar/oh BTW u can oob or just mod your way inside of the GTA online prison that u build ur character and on the table there are files about trevor and their last heist
