On ASE i had to go to valguero to learn the climbing pick engram to farm that loot crate before sinacrops arrived. Now its fixed on ASA and its great.

I'd say it's red dirt not sand, kinda like Australia's outback. So it kinda makes sense since snow places can have red dirt. I think of lava island as it's been 100 thousand years since it was created and trees grew back since the lava is in a river instead of overflowing the land. ALso the bigraptor probs will be on any map the thezi is, since it's the same spawn

That's fair I guess. I don't think so, the community voted creatures are meant to be map exclusive from what I gathered. Like Shasta will be Center only, Fasolasuchus Scorched only and so on and so forth so I was very surprised to find the Gigantoraptor but I guess we'll find out in the future XD

Yeah it can, don't cryo it though, because you won't be able to throw it back out. This got patched recently, as you could tame them then cryo it and throw it back out where you could access their inventory. I'm not even sure if they eat any food any more after claiming. Let me know if yours mature to adult!

The new areas do look beautiful, although I do agree with you when it comes to the snowy biome area being mostly sand (even though there is the iceberg and penguins in the middle 🤔) and the lava island etc looking a lot less lavary haha 😂 but otherwise The Center looks amazing!!

First time I saw that water I instantly thought "Does this mean that spinos will be viable? How about Baryonyx, sacros, the glass canyon kapros? I will admit that spinos are among my top favorites. Lava Island and snow biome does make me sad. The snow biome is my favorite and I want the snow.

I think the snow biome is supposed to be more of a setting like Canada during early summer. Lower elevation is still cold but not cold enough to snow or freeze. Higher elevation does have snow and freezes. It does look similar to the desert biome which may be to limited rock textures. Personally though I haven't found it out of place for the new environment the snow biome has to offer. At least it doesn't totally feel like the desert biome where there isn't snow. 🤷

Yeah it definitely could be worse, I guess it's because the area was so green inbetween the snow before in ASE and it rubs me up the wrong way seeing it as yellowy sand XD

Can you elaborate on the element for boss fights, please? Do you have to actually loot their corpses to get element or does it appear in your inventory? Also, how much element does Gamma give? Thanks!

So I have only done Gamma also, so you will have to loot the bosses to get the Element from killing them, which is the same as ASE, I believe 20 from the Brood and 40 from the Megapithecus (On Gamma) the loot crate that spawns after the fight is done will offer an extra 20 Element on top of the Element from looting the bosses, I haven't had chance to try Beta difficulty yet! So should be a total of 80 on Gamma!

Nah you don't. It originally did have to be downloaded as a mod, they implemented it into the base game after which was a better idea! No idea why they decided to make it as a mod when it first released!

@@jesuschrist5294 Single Player has always done that with artifacts and loot crates, it's the only game mode where nothing spawns naturally as intended :( You have to either hang around the area for a while before things start spawning in or you can try leaving before entering or when inside the cave, that sometimes allows crates and stuff to respawn straight away!

They are everywhere mate, all very close together, here's a few coords to help out: 62.8 - 90.2 , 52.9 - 91.3 , 42.8 - 91.3 , 28.8 - 91. Just swim up north from first coordinates or directly south from the last coordinates and you'll find them easy, right next to world barrier at the deepest part of the ocean and all these spots have more metal swimming further into the underwater cave, surprisingly it doesn't seem too hostile but I wouldn't take my word on that XD

Yours are still good though :D...I used to be a photographer before I started doing this so I guess that would help to understand the settings a little, important to have all your graphics settings on the highest possible when using photo mode, even if the game lags, it'll be fine once in photo mode! using the fog command helps a lot too in most instances!

Also they could change the colors of terrain in other biomes i kidda dont get why ground is yellow nearly everywhere like that jungle on volcanic island could habe black sand or something it would look way cooler ngl. And that biome we talking about right now could habe dark green grass with a mix of snow and not just be covered all with snow

Because I have explored the map very thoroughly and the only things i've noticed that sounds like that is the waterfalls at the edge of the map having zero water, it's just completely bare and looks like a giant mesh hole that is inside the actual map and also seen something similar inside the underworld cave! I wouldn't talk about that stuff in a video like this though, this is showing new features not bugs and bad map development 🤣

Personally i hate the new arena the old one was honestly better. Im genuinely upset at them removing the spawns in ratholes as well as nerfing alot of pvp base locations and treating it like people only played the game for PvE. Thank god for ASE. ASA isn't completely bad theyve done some decent stuff but not a lot and have done the game a big injustice and doesn't listen to their community at all. They removed official orp servers and are trying to make it a ptw PvE game and it breaks my heart. You can't even spawn in ratholes anymore its depressing.

They ruined center map for pvp official.. only one decent cave now. The rest is bs... the element increase is good but no one wants to farm out all the blubber,sails etc.. its very long. The center was a dud. The pyromane is very broken. Its literally a shoulder mount ai flame thrower. Plus more broken things like mounting instantly off shoulder. For pvp this is a very broken creature.
