What about bita angle sir for this question we should not have take bita angle.????

In the question it is stated " Top View of the axis" is inclined to VP. Hence given angle itself is (beta) apparent inclination. (If he says " Axis is inclined to VP" without using top view or appears to be words, it is true inclination. Then we should calculate apparent inclination beta).
