bro if you buy crates from the market, obviously there will be a trade hold for 7 days, but if you receive as a reward or from trade then it will be marketable instantly.

The crates you buy off of the steam market have a week timer before you can trade, but the ones on the market were bought with coins in game so there is no market history for them meaning it can be traded/sold immediately.
