I had the same crumbly problem too, but just added another half tablespoons of oil and much more essential oil:) also knead heavily. Hope it helped!

What's "washing up soap"? Just liquid hand soap?

Does dish soap make more sense? Where are you from? It's the liquid we use to help wash the dishes in England.

Nest and Glow I'm in Wisconsin in the US. I'm enjoying your videos a lot! And yes, dish soap is what we call that. Wonder if I could use glycerin?

Nest and Glow but u said we shouldn’t use dish soap. Only the soap we would put on our body. Because the concentration is too high which could lead to irritations...

I’m having a lot of difficulty getting the consistency you have. It seems dry and crumbly. Should I add more soap or more oil?

Try adding more soap :)

Can you use flour

Do you like simple and natural craft videos like this? This recipe is fun to make for adults and children :)

Don’t even try. Even if you get it just right. It will stick to your hands and anything it touches. Also after you leave it for a while it becomes hard and will fall apart. Save the mess, just buy something nice for yourself if you need a stress reliever...essential oils you can still use with candles.

This didn’t work for me it was all dry and crumbly! I don’t know why it might be because of altitude

Sorry to hear that, it could be due to so many things - like washing up liquid is different across the world. try adding a bit more liquid to it :)
