In Nikido City, near the entrance to the Whispering Woods. There is a red/white glass door that you can go through. It leads you through a path and some walls you can phase through. At the end of it, it drops you into water that triggers some dialogue. If you go further, you find yourself in the canal that runs through Nikido City. There is also the Movie Theater asset hidden under there.

For the cave with the purple gem in fable falls, I think in the makoto city gym, we will get an ability that allows us to go on water like surf and climb up waterfalls. And up that cave is probably another legendary or a small cave with new tanorians
