I do the exact same thing lol, and then I start to realize how I'm lying to myself🫠 I'll also let my birds know that they made you happy. I looked at them multiple times for 5min of silence and they answered my prayers with more happy chirps.

You’re welcome! I 100% understand how you feel. I’ve had so many days after work or school where I started to notice that my routine was becoming repetitive and it can really bring your mood down. Most of these ideas I’ve already done myself and it’s just a fulfilling feeling to know that you broke out your routine for a bit to take some time for yourself or to take some time and enjoy with the people you love. I’m glad that I could help a bit 🩷🩷
