My parents went on a cruise and witnessed a man fall overboard. They informed the ship and it was hours before they could figure out who was missing. Had they not witnessed it, the man would have been missing and there wouldn't be answers for his family. I think the majority of missing cruise passengers met a similar fate. The majority are probably tragic accidents.

I have heard a few stories of how the car in the lake/pond was found. One story was a bus driver looking at his new bus route noticed something in the lake on street veiw. another was a guy planning his date with a woman when he stumbled upon the car.

Crazy how no one checks these things when the people are reported missing. I remember that adventures with purpose channel finding all kinds of missing people just retracing their last known steps and looking in bodies of water.

Most of these are not mysteries. They are every day events or anomalies too complex for the average public school graduate. Like the night vision on cheap security cameras along with the fact that many people think all video records exactly what people see at no less than 24 frames per second.
