Really Good idea& very nicely explained. I like this design as well as appropriate yr knowledge. I am interested to make my existing 50yr old home & get yr guidelines. Sir. that time it was only ground floor all walls 14" .. but in 2004 we made It new with remove all old damaged roof concrete on same old 14"wall & footing. as well as made new first floor & on 2nd floor with 2nos. 10'x10' room . Now repeat i am planing it to dis-mental complete & Make it total new from footing with 2 floor. We have East faced road space . North side open gali., Where I park my car... West side back side gali where common drainage line. & South side fully pack, connected with other tenement...... Need yr guideline for new home planning. I can share with you my existing home AutoCAD deg. File..for reference.. Thanks sir. Wait for your reply ..

Sir I'm Deepak from bhopal, I came across to your KZbin channel and found it very helpful. Construction work of my house is going on, slab of my underground water tank is to be casted soon, so I want to know the details of what size of steel is to be used on slab of water tank size of which is 9ft×5ft. My contractor is using 8mm steel in shorter side and 10mm steel on longer side I've the doubt here is that the correct way?. Please kindly provide me information about that sir I'll be highly grateful to you.

10mm rod should be used in shorter span and 8 mm should be used in longer span.

@@deepakgawande7234 this is a small area and hence things don't matter much here. If you are going to park vehicle or store some thing heavy,then it should be properly built. You can use 10 mm for longer span too.

मुझे लगता है कमरों का width / length का size 10 फिट से कम नही होना चाहिए! Kitchen की width बहुत कम है लेकिन अगर हम पीछे के 3 फिट को भी अगर carpet area में लेते हैं तो इसके कारण हमारे room size बढ़ जाऐगा और दोनों room में खिड़कियों भी होंगी, और toile के ventilation के लिए हमें shaft बनाना होगा! मुझे लगता है कि इस design पीछे के 3 फिट को भी involve कर लेना चाहिए!
