in the future, when you use the hot wire stapler, stick your pieces together and use a piece of aluminum foil tape on the outside of the panel (they sell it at the hardware store near the HVAC stuff) This will hold the pieces together and help prevent melting through to the other side. when you let off the trigger, before the staple has cooled, give the gun a slight twist and keep the tension on the staple until it cools all the way, this will pull the pieces together tighter, make it bite into the plastic better and make the repair a little stronger, and the staple less likely to pull out. Awesome work man!

One thing I learned is the damn abs plastic for the handlebars melt so damn easily. Made mine a little worse but was lucky enough to find a good shape set. Shipping my other bike off to Andrew in Italy as we speak. Guy is an ez 90 legend. Your cub is coming along nice.

One more thing man if you are doing the takegawa rear shock get the extended kick stand from Andrew. Bike sits up a lot higher with the new shock and I’m afraid mine would tip over.
