Thanks miss Anoja. After your video, I did lots of research. And also bought the Fountain of youth book as well. And I read well and practise for more than a week now. I can't believe it I feel very rejuvenated every morning. I never heard it before. Thanks again for shearing such valuable videos. Update after 3 months; මාස 3ක කාලය every day morning (11)and evening (10) . I'm not exceed 21 times a day. It's very helpful for my back pain as well. Every morning since then I've feel very comfortable and no more body pain. And also I didn't gain any weight. I believe this comment helpful to someone.

Yes not more than 21. You can start with me 3 rounds with next vidiyo. At least practise full week every day before increase 3 more rounds. It will take about 2 months tocomplete 21 🙏🙏🙏
