300$ Laptop- Dolphin Emulator (Best Settings + Speed Test)

Screen resolution set to 800x600 and recording was set to 800x600 at 60fps. Setting the resolution lower made dolphin run faster and the recording.
I did normal settings first then best settings so you can compare how much of an improvement it is.
