84 y/o. Yesterday was the anniversary of the day I woke up to find myself mostly blinded suddenly by M. D. Probably caused by a stroke. Due to brilliant doctors and advances in medicine, I am seeing somewhat better each month and am learning to tediously text. Life is a continuing adventure of adaption. Step back to the Carboniferous period, 100 million years before the dinosaurs. In terms of absolute time, the Carboniferous Period began approximately 358.9 million years ago and ended 298.9 million years ago. Its duration of approximately 60 million years makes it the longest period of the Paleozoic Era and the second longest period of the Phanerozoic Eon. Britannica
