You asked to correct you at 2:45 so here I am, lmao Babydoll dresses have the cinched part higher than the waist, usually just under the bust, but sometimes above it, closer to the armpit area. It can still be loose, but even in loose babydoll dresses, there is a horizontal seam and gathered fabric. Yours has a gathered decoration on the chest, but it's not around your body. So what you were wearing would be considered a shift dress :) It doesn't _really_ matter, but if you're googling sewing patterns for either one, it could be helpful to know the difference. I just saw your lookbook and you are really good at sewing!
