Thats the basic motor install. Be sure the shaft moves smooth so belt adjustment works right. Will do another video at some point on the other mounting style.

I was just going to ask how do you install the other motor with the welded on Mount.

9:50 that's why I like to put it all together as one unit cuz I don't want to be sticking my hands try to get that inside Bolt tight.

I've always installed the motor and the bracket at the same time. I guess I learned that because of the other style motor that doesn't have the removable bracket.

What kind of motor did you use? Was this a factory ammco replacement or another. My motor is Waaaaay harder to install. Barely any room at all. Also a 1 hp.

Its a Marathon motor. We got a shot of the sticker. The ones with the plastic fan cover dont fit in some machines. Central motors has one that fits nice too. Dayton and Chicago electric too.
