Actually, PSU placement depends mainly on whether you plan to use the silent\eco mode or whatever it may be called where the fan does not run until x amount of watts is being drawn. When using the silent mode you want the fan\open vent on top so the hot air can escape naturally. If you plan on using the fan at all times, even idle and low power draw it's best to have the fan on the bottom pulling in fresh cool air. So either way can be 'correct'. I prefer to use the fan all the time. Although my experiences are probably an outlier, I've had bad things happen more than once trying to use the silent\eco settings with a PSU.

u mean 150 to 170 or 120 the gpu give more than 60 fps it can reach 312 fps but depends on the game mine can give fortnite 100 to 120 fps or more
