Dont buy this bike, we booked on 17th november, at hyderabad kukatapally only tork showroom in hyderabad, we atleast went 3times to showroom test ride done before prebooking done, we also visited service center in balanagar spoke to mechanic there about the bike, we were told delivery would be by end of nov month, we kept calling at month end no one picks calls every number switched off, customer care does not respond, twitter tweets remain unanswered, even on instagram they dont respond, finally got hold of one guy after 10 days on call even they dont know what is happening simply claims company is pan india, we even went to showroom location twice it is shut down,we inquired neighbouring outlets came to know that the showroom has not opened since a week and they might shut down, tork guys simply said it is from dealer side but ultimately we users have to suffer, they cant handle a simple dealer in metro city like Hyderabad and claim to be pan india, imagine the situation in rural areas.

Bhaiyon ap log ko mai 🙏 bolta hu galti se ye bike mt lena mai liya hu fash giya hu bhai ek dm bekar hai sb kuch sarvice to ot bekar hai total 50km chalti h full charge m or company m bolne se koi response nhi deta hai mai v youtub dekh k liya tha but thora v acgha nhi hai

The wrost bike and customer service, purchased in December 2023, not starting from 1 month, customer care not responding. Even on emails they are not solving problem. I suggest kindly try to call customer care number before purchasing, that number never connects, fake/ dummy/ unavailable number given as customer care number

If number connects, kindly wait for the talk. After 6 month of call 1st call connected but no one talked. My comment worked, but still it's fake because no one talking on that number

People willing to buy these sporty ev bikes has to understand that all these novice plastic moulding bikes are not backed by years of experience ...eg Honda has its expertise incase of robust ice bikes they have RD experience of years. Now these small enterprises coming out with EV bikes ...may look good apparently but the reliability is not possible to be expected. The aerodynaocs and the quality is always worst ...hence fine the evs do save on costs but dont expect the reliability. TvS icube uses bldc hub motor but is of exptreme good quality ...yet still tvs has problems even when it is giant in automobiles ...so better make judgemental decison while buyiny evs.

Not at all.. worst service and customer care ever seen… bought on 1st nov.. After 5 days shown BMS Error.. 13 days took to resolve… not good after sales.. not recommended

5:59 company has scammed the man for mobil change. No EV with single speed transmission need mobil change. The mode change in EVs are electronic.

I've driven it for 12000 km faced BMS Fault error 9 times and vehicle got dead on road for 4 times. Company is not able to resolve this issue and they took a lot of time which costed me hefty amount. Baad Service experience. Has anyone experienced the same issue?
