Some homes do, most do not. You can get one added in any home, plenty of companies here who do them!

Great video. I just subscribed. Is there a reason why there’s is almost no pool houses in the OKC metro? Just curious. My wife and I are considering moving out there

Hey thanks! There are some homes with private pools in the OKC metro. Perhaps not as many as you're used to - but for sure in some of the higher end custom homes. Depending on your price range of course, they are more prevalent as budgets allow. To answer your question as to why not maybe as many... lots of neighborhoods have their own HOA provided shared pool/poolhouse, and we are also very much a "lake culture" state, lots of lakes within driving distance which is a great past time several months out of the year here in OK. But - homes with pools are out there!
