I find people like Mateo fascinating. The only issue I have is how some of them refer to those of us that are not into wanting to look exaggerated as "average" or "basic". Some of them seem to choose language that is critical or demeaning for those that don't want to look this way but get upset about those that make critical comments about them. Having a very specific physical look like Mateo will garner comments both positive and negative and a person has to be mentally and emotionally ready for that. He also doesn't deserve to be treated unfairly or harassed because of this. Also, wanting to be sexualized for his physical appearance comes with a responsibility and knowing fully of what type of people and attention it will bring.
