@@DeJa2001 I’m indecisive when it comes to my hair. In my mind they won’t look how I want them to look then I’ll have to either cut them off or start over. I need to just commit and do it. Plus you know how some people locs and roots be super thin I don’t want mine like that (not saying they will be I’m just afraid to commit to the journey.)

That undercut is sharp! I really like it. I had one side of my head shaved of all my locs and Yannie the Locologist said I had to wait to get them reattached. The regrow the is too weak for the length of the locs at this time. Always admired your locs !

My scalp has been raising it ugly head starting in 2020, need I say more. But I have gotten to bottom of the problem. Stress and I developed an allergy to my shampoo. Someone introduced me to "freetheroots", so the hair that fell out is growing back. 👏👏👏👌👍✌

I just started my loc journey 2 months ago from armpit length loose hair with an undercut. I've been debating whether I should grow it out or keep it, I keep thinking if I let it grow out maybe it can catch up with the rest of my hair, but if I keep it shaved I might miss the opportunity to have full even hair😟 Your hair is beautifully thick, full and luscious so I see how you could get away with having an undercut, but my hair isn't so thick so I hope my hair gets fuller with time 🤞🏽 Thank you for sharing your video 🙏🏽

I love your locs 🥰 I do wonder about the weight pull of them and headaches/sore scalp. Let that one loc on the left side live it's life 😂..if it were smaller it'd be thin. That area (at least on me) is slightly thinner than the rest of my hair. They look amazing and you wear them really well.

Dang, You have an undercut and still have all those locs.. WHEWWWW.. I love how you still have your edges. I want to loc my hair, but ending up with bald edges is my fear.. my cousin. Has sista locs and her edges 😬😬😬.. WHEWWWW.. A lot of people lose their edges and their scalp area become so thin.. My hair is 3b, 3c, 4a and my edges are already super fine.. so I am terrified of thination (made that up lol). I don't do much with my hair.. so locs would be great and from having faux locs, I already know locs will loc awesome on me 😊.. I must do something, because my hair is more work than I want to deal with.. I'm thinking about just cuting it into a wide modified mohawk..

Hey, i wondered what you meant by pruning the loc.. Wouldnt you twist the bottom as opposed to cutting one of them off? Really interested in this as some of my locs are getting thin and I want to twin them up x

For the locs I have that are fully matured, when I marry at the root I start from the root and allow them to join together from there. I don’t try to twist together the two separate Loc ends. When I prune, I cut one off so that it’s now one loc (thicker at the root).
