Where did the primers come from? Can they be had here in the USA?

Look at gun shows and check at gun stores, when I go for drives in the country I check pawn shops and gun stores. After about 5 years I found a gun show vendor who bid on a big auction and he got some English #81 primers that I think will work, they fit but I need to load some to be sure.
