I did the math. each 304 has a 1:20000 chance. That means each 304 will have to date 20,000 men to find one husband.

Even if they dropped the income down to 50k, they still are under 5% of all men. I think many people, mainly women, are severely overestimating what the average income is. When you exclude married men, single men make less than 40k though out life on average. Inflation is distorting things even further.

I think the calculator is accurate but people don't know how to interpret the results. Finding someone in a 10 year age range already excludes the majority of men, so while the percentages shown are always low, it's not as bad as one might think. The amount of people that are even on the dating market is probably like under 10%. Amount of young people, that's a different story. But the calc includes all people.

@@THExJMC Yea, stats alone cannot possibly give an accurate number on an individuals chance at finding someone anyway, as we don't know them or their "value" so to speak. With that said, if the criteria was money alone, then women have a very low chance in the US of finding a single guy under 40 who makes more than 50k a year. That still puts it 15% or under. Way under if they are picky on height or race. That is simply a statistic of excluding married people who tend to make more money. I think both men and women have a very poor idea of what the true average income of a single man is right now, and it is getting lower, not higher... even despite inflation lol

I’m 220 lbs and jacked, have like 15 cars, 5 well over 100k and all paid off no payments I paid cash and a lake house but I Guess I don’t qualify for this chick since I didn’t waste my time getting an aa. Yea, but other tools still show the number at just under 3% rather than .5~% with that adjustment. Bottom line is that excluding married and wanting high income will butcher your chances of marriage as a woman. Average single guy in the US is way under 45k through out their entire life. So even if they adjusted it down to 50k minimum, they are still under 10% of men. Income is the huge factor, with obesity (understandably) being a big #2.
