Very easy, stop dating the chads. Stop getting into situationships with gigolos. Be realistic of your own sexual market value, it is probably much lower than what you think, especially after 30. Sleeping with an 8 does not make you an 8. Pick out a guy your level, (whatever you rate him at and add 2 points, if older than 30 he needs to be 40-50) send him a smile, let him approach. If you are a 5, expect a dadbod, carpenter, car mechanic or a plumber, shorter than 6 feet maybe balding and has some weird hobby like model train building or stamp collection. You are very welcome.
