My grandfather was having Seiko 5 Automatic vintage which he barely used later kept in locker. It remain in his locker for almost 27 years and after his death it was taken out from his locker during clearance and it started working after just wearing in my hand. It came in my hand in 2010 and recently I just got it serviced in 2022. I have a collection of watches but this one is just amazing automatic watch.

My father have a "TITAN" watch which was bought in 2000 and this is working properly in 2023 without any issue. This watch is simple and gives a gentle look. But gentle look is best look forever. So i prefer analog watch for looking handsome.

The best thing about mechanical and normal watch is that if you invest a lot in it its worth will only increase, it will never decrease after some years. But a Android/Apple watch will only last 6-7 yrs. And the normal watches are like family heirloom/heritage/memories. I have 2 HMT and one titan watches of my grandparents. I still wear them, and I kind of feel attach to them.

well said, i still own two classic Titan analog watches and i still prefer them over smart watches. Most of the people are nowadays having FOMO. Classic Watches are still worth and if you go for more premium brands they add a status symbol itself on your personality.

I totally agree with you.. I purchased Helix (Timex) watch from my salary. Although my parents gave me many watches in childhood but for this watch I have a special emotional attachment.. And even after 7 years it is still working like new.. Also I like to purchase watches for a very special moment of life. I was a pure watch lover, 2 years back I thought of Buying smartwatch just to have a change in life. I gotta say it's my worst decision ever, I invested 3k and seriously it's a trash (Noise), Lotsa notifications, Battery drain and charging it every 4 days, Raise to wake issues during dark situation (while watching movie in theatres) , Now I'm back to my Old School way of wearing real Authentic watches, Recently bought one of Timex watch worth 1k and wearing it feels so satisfying that I can't explain (Every Watch lover can relate what I'm saying). Bhai, after watching all your videos and few other youtubers, I have started my own collection.. In the past I have made mistake buying stupid fashion brands and now I understood what are to be brought and which will stay forever with me. Recently after so much perseverance I got hold of a HMT Janata silver with blue hands(a unicorn - hard to find) on official website. I was so happy after receiving it and I admire its beauty and value for money everyday, which I do not get to see in these so called digital watches. Now I am dying to add 1 or 2 HMT kohinoors to collection 😊. Thank you and appreciate your effort in making these informative videos for watch lovers.
