I don't really use any tbh, I tend to find the players you use, work-rates and base stats make are more important tbh. The ingame instructions have never really worked that well when I have used them before. Have you got any instructions on your teams?

I usually just tell my full backs to stay back because I don't like them running off and I usually use get in behind on my forwards
