I'm a 47-year-old man who started this year at 138kg. My initial steps towards getting healthier included taking the stairs at work, walking, and doing press-ups. By the end of June, I had managed to get down to 126kg. However, I hit a plateau and my weight loss stalled. Seven weeks ago, I added cycling to work to my routine-4 times a week, 30km a day with an e-bike. Despite all this effort, the scale didn’t budge. Four weeks ago, I discovered Tom Peto's 30-minute workouts and started doing them 5 times a week. Now, I’m on day 2 of the Titan Workout, and although the weight isn’t dropping, I’m losing centimeters. It’s strange considering my low-calorie intake and all the exercise, but I’m determined to keep pushing forward. This channel is a fantastic resource and is seriously underrated. I’m surprised it doesn’t have more subscribers, especially considering the quality content and real, practical advice offered here. It’s clear that a lot of other channels with flashy but superficial content seem to draw more attention, but Tom Peto’s workouts deliver genuine results. Highly recommend to anyone serious about getting fit!

So, following your recommendation it is done!! My legs were burning at the end too! I’ve done calf’s with toes on spare plates to make it more challenging and used 18kg dumbbells few times on a second part! I am a cyclist with over 20 years continuous riding so got strong legs. Anyway I am still sweating 5min after finishing your workout so it was bloody good!! Cheers mate!!

Came back to this one. Loved it as much as the first time. The toughest for me was the split squats FOLLOWING the calf raises. Feel the burn!🔥 Thanks again, Tom!

Solid. I kept a number of weights close by to utilize on my stronger lifts. I really enjoyed how much I had to work at the end. ❤

New to your channel. Discovered this video through suggestions to the right. I loved how you gave tips like, "Don't let your knee collapse over your big toe." That's more of the kind of stuff a newbie like me needs---tips on good form to prevent injury. Definitely turned my legs to jelly. Trying to strengthen my lower body because that's my weakest, most neglected area, and all I have are dumbbells, so this was PERFECT!!! Thanks, Tom! Keep 'em coming!

Brilliant workout honestly! Covering all muscle groups, beautiful timing and great balance between explanations and silence for concentration! Really liked the tips also, straight to the point to understand all important moments to pay attention to. Definitely adding it to my list of favorite workouts. Thank you Tom!

Done! I have some ailments in my legs so with this one I had to modify a bit more: squats etc with bodyweight only (there’s plenty…), replacing some of the moves with upper body dumbbell work, plank, stretches etc. Still convinced that I will feel my thighs tomorrow! 😂

And I would like to add that I love the pace in these workouts. Perfect for me at this time. Also the instructions are very clear.

@@TomPetoTraining those leg lunges are very hard, I can't even do 1 even with just my own body weight, I didn't knew my legs are this weak until this video, I'm doing 10,000 steps cardio everyday and I walked 760k steps so far, I thought my legs are good enough but I was so wrong, this video motivated me to work on my legs to make them strong enough so they can do more than just taking me around 😅
@Taylordtech4 ай бұрын
Wow, this one had me wobbly on my feet afterwards! The hardest for me was the single leg RDL. I just dont have the balance. I just switched to a normal RDL in the last set cause i spent so much time falling i wasnt getting in many reps

Thanks for the great workout Tom! I managed to use the same weight for whole exercise. Did it mean I use too little weight for the first round?
@TomPetoTraining2 жыл бұрын
Yes, but still a good workout. Just to use optimal load you should probably be heavier in first section exercises.
@meilisaxu88702 жыл бұрын
@@TomPetoTraining Sure will add more weight on next exercise. Thanks for the advice Tom!
