@zzzzzzz323 well... if you do some mission for battlepass you get Prestige Ezreal (but do you like it... or do you need it) and its hard to get... well all stuff in pass worth more that you pay for it... bt if you need that Yone skin... it just miserable chance to get tit from pass... so i'm buy stuff what i get for sure... question do you need Ezreal for 2000 tokens...

Nope, skins that you reroll are always the ones you don't own. Also if you own every skin and get every obtainable skins only you'll get a random permanent skin .
