For Indian cooking,there is not enough counter place. The breakfast nook is very small. Instead they can make use of this space for the pooja room, then it provides better dining area, not just right out of the elevator. May be they can install An island for cutting vegetables & for rolling rotis. Out side they have to provide clothes line for drying clothes. The storage space cupboard drop down door is not practical. Bathrooms must have enclosed shower units, so the whole bath room does not get wet. Am I missing cabinets in the bathrooms?. Built in shelves can be provided for storage with doors. Racks or space to keep clothes & towels? In the garage, next to the elevator and steps they can easily put a room. No need to use that space for keeping shoes etc. it is a waste of space. this can be done on the side,kind of built in shelves & keeping a folding chair to sit to wear the shoes. Must pay attention to provide storage spaces wherever it is possible. Garage bathroom must have a walk-in shower in addition to toilet and sink. Just by using expensive materials should not be the criteria to make a house look beautiful. Everything must be practical and functional.

Except for dining area it is right in the middle of no where, the rest of the floor plan is good. Price can be brought down by using simple titles in the bath room. How easy it could be for repair works or replacement must be the consideration when using these materials. Will the road be any better than it is now?

Not great house, waste of money…. There should be a storeroom near the kitchen… every room should have attached bathrooms and common washroom too… builder house… made lots of makeup…. Not worth…
