A propane delivery truck driver making a delivery noticed a human skull on the property. When he told the staff what he had seen, he was ordered to leave the property. Then he notified the local authorities. Later, when the owner was questioned about why he did not cremate the bodies, he claimed the retort was broken, but when it was tested, it fired right up. It will astound you if you ever have to wrangle with a funeral home. Most of the time, they hide behind the worn out excuse of, "hysterical relatives, overcome with grief interfered with understanding of what was agreed upon, etc.". It is so frustrating. There are no unbiased overseers or neutral state boards to register complaints. The people on those boards are all in the industry together and look out for one another like crooked swindlers. My God, what is going on with mankind? Have we as earthly beings lost any semblance of what is just? There are to many stories like this concerning funeral homes. How do we ever trust that they are doing the right thing?

You know...it's odd. It took weeks for my Aunt to be cremated. Even though we paid for her cremation, we weren't able to get information about her remains and we were told her son -- next of kin needed to give us permission to allow us to have information. Then they couldn't get hold of him, but still wouldn't let us do anything about her remains or find out if she'd been cremated yet. Like they had our credit card. My mom (her sister) paid. She died first week of Jan and I don't think shit was resolved until mid Feb close to 1st week of March. If they're operating like this...it's no wonder shit was all over the place even here in CA.

Some funeral homes are having problems getting parts and supplies for cremations. If that is the reason, then this problem may only get worse.

i know everyone writing about the mother crying about her son. it made me cry instantly too . grief is hard enough as it is but when its prolonged like this its a real mental torture . the whole idea of getting the deceased ready after transition is to help us cope with the loss while helping us move on .. But then to find that you've paid for a dignified service and you can't even get a call returned , that is so disrespectful .
@richboz31562 жыл бұрын
Very sad story. I'm wondering if the relatives of the dead have to pay for services upfront and can not pay the bill is the reason for this horrific incident.

We cause mental anguish on each other she is absolutely correct. I just lost my grandmother about 2 weeks ago and thank God she was taking care of properly. You have to see the process all the way through. We are the cause of mental Issues. We overwhelm each other too. But I have one question where does the money go. Because it is expensive to bury someone. Some funeral homes are just cash grabs. This happens more than you think. To me there are no different than preaches preaches at the pool pit and sheep's clothing, And you meet them in death at the funeral home Waiting to take your money in death. Playing with your emotions.

I still can't figure out how cemeteries can bury plots so close together if the normal casket is six feet long. The land is only so big but funerals are happening so frequently where is all the bodies really? Are the caskets being resold? With the pandemic deaths alone space should have ran out and new cemeteries set up.
