Len Not that much fat. Everything in moderation. There’s a reason that they used to give oil to women in order to induce labor. I use olive oil, mostly, but lots of types of oil as well, and this was more oil than I use to fry homemade egg rolls and wontons. Plus, they don’t even drain fat from the resulting mess. 🤢

Season scrambled eggs after you put in pan. This distributes the spices more evenly. Try other spices besides salt and pepper. Lowrys season salt, is especially good in scrambled eggs.

Some nice ideas for me! Some useless and too crazy or wasteful (using plastic bags once isn't my thing) but I don't understand all that hate. I can't afford so much oil and it complicates things anyway so I use less, big deal. And more in some cases when there was none used at all... I was fine with all the other simple egg dishes for some decades but after quite a few years eating lots of eggs every day, I can use some new ideas which don't involve too many calories from other things (lots of oil is out too). And tiny sunny side ups sound good, eating a big egg as a sunny side up is messy (I don't have stuff underneath) and harder than using bite sized ones (cutting my very fried whites with my fork isn't that easy :D). Too bad freezing and cutting frozen egg is something I do only occasionally for the cuteness, I like cook and play with my food but even I don't want to waste much time... It's fine if we don't find these all useful, I always love watching videos about things I would never do because I just won't spend the time and effort... Silly ideas often are fun to watch too. Not the salt and sugar one, that's just horrible to me.

You want perfect eggs? DON'T freeze them, they break down faster that way than old eggs. Also the egg-rice-bacon bit? No thank you Edit; less mess peeling is messy af, try tapping the ends first then one side, then peel that side first before the rest of the shell.
