The reason people can’t phantom you killing these kind of deer legit are because they can’t do it on the weekends. People have to understand Lee and these boys hunt every single day. Like he said time time time… Go spend 10,000 hours of driving and looking and I’m sure you’ll come across a big deer.

It's pretty cool how these deer act pretty similar in so many different environments. A lot of parallels! I'm from the same county where you found this deer (also some fun fishing, challenging but very pretty), so I was really intrigued by this.. I love watching your city deer videos, but also enjoyed how much I could relate to this one! I have learned a lot from you and the hunting public guys over the last 4 seasons when I got my late start to deer hunting. I'd love to meet you some day, but for now, a big congrats. Bitter sweet because I know a few who gave it their all for this deer. But what I took away from this most, is I think I will continue to hunt without cameras and baiting.. It seems to bring more stress than what it might be worth. As stated in your podcast, I always have the kid in the candy store feeling on every single hunt.. I don't believe I'm going to change that. My channel doesn't produce the success yours does, but I thoroughly enjoy each step of the journey. I believe I heard a lot of wisdom through your words in this podcast. I hear many sides to this story as I'm closely affiliated with a few that hunted this deer, I wasn't there and can only assume the best intentions from you and the others who hunted him. Sorry for this book, but Thank you and remember the ONE we SEEK. He needs to be first. God bless you Lee, Drew and Kendall

I totally get what you’re saying about the unknown aspects. I decided to not put any cameras out this year, and just focus on hunting sign from my saddle. Ended up killing an awesome 110ish” deer on a spot and stalk in an Ohio cow pasture. It was by far the most fun hunt I’ve ever had, and a story I’ll never forget.

Insane! I had a similar story on a N.C. giant. I had 300 acres to hunt him over 3 years to get him. He was only on 2 acres, hiding in plain sight! Shot him 3 weeks ago with a muzzleloader, shot was too low😢. Dog tracker, drone and 14 hours of tracking and nothing. He’s either alive or coyotes got him. Gutted! I play the shot over and over again all day. Prob 170 too 😫

There is salty hunters everywhere. They get mad if you shoot "there deer" even in massachusetts. A legendary buck was killed and a salty hunter called the game warden to have him investigate it. People can't just be happy for another fellow hunter. I have been after this deer for 5 seasons and had him 15 yards with a gun in my hand but wasn't legal to shoot. When I found out he was killed I reached out and congratulated him and all I wanted was to be able to put my hands on him. He was guesstimated to be 11 or 12 years old. Great job on your buck and don't late haters win and take the love of it away from you.

First of all I love SeekOne so I mean no disrespect. But coming from someone who has been a die hard hunter my whole life and now only get to hunt a few days a week. If I was that guy who finally gets a dream buck on camera and you think you got a chance, then someone sends a pic to SeekOne and they show up and kill it, I would be a lil upset. Just because big deer aren’t everywhere and when you finally get one but also have work and kids to watch it would be disheartening just to have it pulled away knowing you’ll never have another chance at one. For example when I was 14 I let an albino doe walk twice. Well I told a few ppl and before you know it an older gentleman got permission on the same property and I decided if he was gonna kill it I will first. Needless to say he put his stand 200 yards from mine and I helped him drag it out that night. He got it full body mounted! So keep your fishing and hunting spots close to your vest
@thymlr26183 күн бұрын
This is what I mean, Lee’s money is beating farm kids. It’s also making other people with Lee’s time and money coming from all over the country to Central Ohio to lease property or even poach. Its happened on my farm on an 180 inch deer. Guys can’t get permission they’ll do anything to be that guy. They didn’t grow up in the buckeye state, they didn’t work the land. Lee doesn’t know what it takes to build these giant whitetails. It takes great farmers
@conservativestatesofamerica3 күн бұрын
@ That albino I let walk was in 2001 it still haunts me! I will never have the opportunity to chase a world class deer I have a wife, business , 4 kids and 2 are special needs twins that require a 2 hour drive to therapy every day so time is hard to come by. The biggest deer I’ve ever killed is a 130 inch 8 point and I have hunted since I was 8 years old. In Mississippi they don’t make it long enough to get that big so I’ll just keep watching these videos and dreaming

What do three people sitting right next to each other need headsets for? Wouldn't just a microphone do? I mean, there's no production value here. No camera angle changes or direction of the "podcast"... just three dudes sitting around together. Seems like overkill for such an environment.
