current spooky month activities: ghost diamond art, crocheting a bat shawl for my daughter, journaling a count down to halloween, making fall snacks, and Saturday, we are going to the Renaissance fair!

Love you❤ love your spooky attitude ,you make my day . I pretty much only watch horror movies all the time. My husband thinks I’m crazy and I’m 62 so how about that? Halloween is my favourite time of year. I love it all year round my nieces. Call me crazy aunt Tina I just finished a skull shawl .

I finally finished my crochet appliqué garland and got it hung up. I did 3 of each: ghost, bat, candy corn, wrapped candy 🍬, and pumpkin. I embroidered on the bat, pumpkin, and ghost. So happy with it. This project was actually my first time doing appliques even though I've been crocheting for awhile now, yay learning!

These throws are gonna be so dang cute! I'm working on a pumpkin themed hexi-granny sweater, using the Big Twist Jack O' Lantern color. I just finished the ribbing along the border (black) and I'm gonna start working on little pumpkin patches (I love a good pun haha) and add them to the elbows and possibly pockets (maybe more lol). Your videos have absolutely inspired me and I'm so thankful for you, truly. 🎃🎃🎃

I am so happy to hear you mention a show that I think I will also enjoy. I never use my Peacock subscription l, thank goodness my teenage son does. I am watching Grotesquerie on FX. I am watching it through the Disney Plus app. It is disturbing and weird and right up my alley. I can't explain it but I suggest giving it a watch. It is not for kids. Matter 9fbfact I am not sure I would have let me son watch it until he was about 15 and I am pretty laid back parent when itoame to him watching horror. I love the yarn and the pattern. It is so pretty. I can't wait to see it all together. I have like 9 projects going. Knitting a sweater and a pair of socks, and a blanket for my aunt. Crocheting 4 different dragons, a Wednesday doll, and a spider tapestry. All crochet is with young students.

This crochet along is super cute! I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions on what I can do with 100% wool sport weight yarn? Is a rectangular shawl a bad idea? I’m in Midwest so don’t always have cold weather but sometimes I get to be in colder climates. Also I don’t want the yarn to felt. Appreciate ideas! Thanks. Happy almost weekend!
