The clean SMACK of your snare just pleases my face as it is caressed by the pounding of that Loud. as. HELL drum. Oh! Thunderous, full, non-clicky bass drum smashing my face? Yes! PLEASE! @@darkbodie I love The Atomic Clock, don't get me wrong. But, Townsend writes, records, mixes, and produces S.Y.L stuff. The "band" was actually a one man project, initially- with Devin bringing in musicians and friends after the first two albums. I'm not saying that the other member's don't contribute- but, it's Devin's band/show/work. The dude is incredible. Again, all respect and love to Gene Hoglan. He is one of my heroes.
