The best video out there for this kit. I’m not a nail artist, I’m using the foils for a resin craft project. I had not caught that the glue needs to be LED lamp cured. Yours was the ONLY video that even mentioned this. THANK YOU for emphasizing it. I couldn’t figure out why everyone seems to put the glue on, then the foils and they peels off so nicely. NO ONE showed or mentioned they’d cured the glue first. Much more success when I cured the glue! I did learn one trick. If you forget to cure first, put foil wrapped item (nail, resin piece) under the lamp to cure. Then if Lucky you can successfully peel off the clear sheet and have finished piece.

Luuurve the set!!!! I just had this Burano set today and I biffed it... followed a tut that said remove sticky layer from glue, so surprise!! ... i had issues with adhesion. Im so recreating this look following your steps, and hopefully my resuls will come close to the level of flipping fabulous that you achieved, here. So looking forward to it!!

Great review and video Jamie! I didn't know you had never used the foil glue gels before this review. The glue gels are far superior to foil glue in my opinion plus the issues the glue causes are not an issue with glue gel. I hate seeing the lines in the foil from the glue brush and I have found glue also causes chipping and peeling of the gels put on top of any glue. I have been using glue gel for over a year and would never go back to the old style glue. I use glue gel on all sorts of designs with great success like stamping, glitter application etc, not just foils. All glue gels are not the same! Some do not have a very good tackiness or stick to them and others have a very strong smell. I need to purchase more glue gel soon and this kit looks like a great deal! Thanks so much! I didn't know this. It was my first time and I freaking love it!!! It works so much better than regular foil glue. This one is really sticky too. You would love it. Just hope it doesn't have HEMA in it girl. Ok Love ya

Gorgeous! I was watching another video on peel off base coat that you did. Did you mention you use foil glue to apply full cove tips so the are easier to get off? If so, do you have a video on that? I love this kit! I’ve had it for ages.

Thanks so much!!! I actually use the regular foil glue for all my sets. I just add 1 layer of foil glue and let it air dry, go in with a gel base and cure 30 sec if you wanna use gel to apply the full covers. If you wanna use acrylics to apply the full covers and the best way to have the nails last you a few days just add a layer of foil glue, go straight in with acrylic to the full covers. I just did an acrylic video not long ago doing this method. Watch that one. At the end I tell about that. Let me know what you think. They’re from the Apres system, you can apply them with builder gel,acrylic,poly gel.Baby girl has lots of videos on different ways to apply them.

@@shygirl1321 No I have not. It is impossible to get a list of the ingredients. I strongly suspect it does have HEMA. I have to be extremely careful when I use this product which unfortunately is only rarely due to the HEMA. As long as I am super careful to not get it on my skin at all and only apply it over a gel color of two coats I don't get the allergic reaction like I do with other HEMA products. Good luck!
