Hi Shweta, actually this is not the truth. XLRI has become really academically focused and I have personally seen people with 99.8 in XAT not qualify for HR/BM JSR just due to low academics, though it is true that PI plays the most part in selection but academics are also in huge contention while selection

Yes its true that xlri makes their students placed in company for 30 lakh package but the student should have caliber then only its possible and the critical thinking ability the thing which mam u mentioned that is decision making by considering all the matters like client , junior , dept etc. How to develop this ability because a common man cannot get this without a job or working under some good experienced ppl and before taking admission in xlri we should have this ability how it can be done any suggestions?

Madam, you are putting a misleading campaign. XLRI may not scout for academic qualifications but the XAT exam is highly moddled for high caliber students, especially Engish language capability requirement is higher than CAT. now tell me how the student has poor academics and a higher IQ to crack XAT at 99% and finally get into XLRI. It is the same phenomenon to say IAS only requires a simple graduation degree even IGNOU BA students are eligible but it doesn't mean they qualify. you will often see IITians cracking the IAS in the first attempt simply because all competitive exams are modelled on IQ n students with good academics have high IQ.
