Many of these plants need bright indirect light. Plants like the aloe vera need bright light to survive and they get lanky when given too little light.

I used to grow many aloeveras for medicine 💊 and drink. I'm living in CALIFORNIA my aloeveras were out side,under the trees 🌳 are best at the time I needed to harvest them to drink. I'm no longer grow them anymore because I live in apparment. So now I grow indoor plants for fun. I got about almost 100 plants 🪴. They're beautiful and green. Still I have to deal with pets. The worst pets are spider 🕷 mices. As you said almost all of these plants 🪴 need indirect sunlight. Unless your bathroom got windows for 🌞 sunlight. Lucky bamboo plants you can have it everywhere. But still cannot be where it dark no light at all.

Asian businesses are proudly displaying their huge ZZ PLANTS in their shops to show their wealth and second to that are bamboo plants. But most nowadays they don't display bamboo plants anymore. Maybe because bamboo plants are not so pretty. My bamboo plants are growing in water and in soil and they're all beautiful and full of leaves 🍃 and very green. In soil or in water 💧 they want alot of water. They still enjoy some light and grow fast and more leaves 🍃 and more green.

That’s a lie ,I find bamboo in my plant stores all the time and have it in my apartment growing in water with rocks! It’s very healthy and green ,along with my two poneytail tail palms,two bella palms,two money trees and 4 purple clover plants ! All of them are thriving and have been over 4 years now! I also have a east facing window ! All but my poneytail tail palms don’t like being in sun, in directly or directly ! They require medium to bright natural light! They also get misted once a week! My plant stores have been in business for 10 years and up! I ask how they take care of there plants and what type of water they use not one of them uses purified or rain water either or plant food! A expert in plants will tell you to treat your plans as close as possible to the origins they grow in! Not manmade plant foods and chemicals! Like these people tell you to let tap water sit before watering, you people don’t seem to be smart enough to know the chemicals evaporate from water in plants to! When you gonna learn they are only spending your money on there products ! Mother Nature doesn’t use nothing but sun water and dirt! Wild plants are exposed to all kinds of weather to,including droughts and heavy rains! 🤨 😂

Many of these plants 🪴 need bright light. I got most of these plants 🪴. The least light needed is bamboo plant but it still needs some light not a dark place where is no light. The most easiest plants and the least time needs to be care for are bamboos plants and careanas and don't need much care and they are not attracting pets. Becarfull when bring home allocasia this type of plants are beautiful but they attracting pets and will preads pets to other plants and kill them. Spider 🕷 mices are the most difficult to get rid of. This just my experience I'm sharing. Good luck 👍

I have air plants. They look beautiful but they are NOT a easy plant to grow like everyone says. They require specialized tasks for each plant. Some may need a good soaking and some less water. Each plant is different, each need to be looked after like a baby.
