Very well styled (love the interior design) but not suitable for busy neighborhoods. I have huge picture windows, even bigger than these, but I'm in the middle of the forest with no houses directly across from me. Curtains work but in this case with all the neighbors right there, your curtains would be drawn all the time, or else the neighbors would be watching you live your life. The curtains kill the light. Huge windows are super fantastic and they make the house feel really posh with beautiful lighting, but they're only suitable if your neighbors aren't RIGHT THERE LOOKING IN :-O

I used to live at a house at 490 Huron that is like a before renovation version of this house! Same floor plan but mirrored with the front door on the right not left. It's used as social housing and has suffered from its glory days of 1910 when it was built! It's nice to see what it could become if it ever gets out of the TCHC social housing portfolio. The only major difference is the yard is on the side of the building so you would have to move the patio doors across from the island instead of one the back wall.

The house is beautiful! I think people forget that it is a big city and you cant have big space between your neighbors if you want to live close to downtown. There is curtains that pull down for big windows, you have to pay.

The layout of the house is very nicely done. It doesnt look as narrow as some of the other homes on similar lots Ive seen. I do like that its 4 levels. However, I wouldnt want it...the bedrooms are way too small (except for the 4th flr bedroom), the bathrooms are too small, and its way too close to the neighbors.

Pros: Kitchen is beautiful that island is a dream and makes me want to be a chef😍the hardwood flooring idk what kind it is but it’s lovely😊backyard is a jungle but interesting and the amount of space is appealing inside this home and I like the mod squad feel❤️the hardwood floors upstairs is nice master bedroom and bath is like a tropical retreat❤️the balcony off from the master is gorgeous and❤️the closet space and the top floor could work well as a MIL suite tub is nice and big so that’s a keeper love the large balcony omg tea time people tea🍵parties galore downstairs is definitely a plus love the downstairs so well done lots of room and space and just really great overall Cons:tiny upstairs smaller bedrooms with no balconies☹️house is too close for comfort to neighbors☹️the laundry🧺 being located in the basement is kind of a bummer if you can’t handle stairs☹️ however I give this open house a solid B+
