Olivia Eason - they most likely aren’t fake. a condition named ‘heterochromia’ causes a difference in a person's eye color. someone who has what’s called ‘central heterochromia’ has different colors within the same eye. someone who has what’s called ‘complete heterochromia’ has 2 different colored eyes. heterochromia of the eye is caused by variations in the concentration and distribution of melanin, the pigment that gives color to the skin, hair, and eyes. from what i know about it, i’m 99.9% sure it’s complete heterochromia.

Elias Zikkos - they most likely have a condition named ‘heterochromia’ which causes a difference in a person's eye color. someone who has what’s called ‘central heterochromia’ has different colors within the same eye. someone who has what’s called ‘complete heterochromia’ has 2 different colored eyes. heterochromia of the eye is caused by variations in the concentration and distribution of melanin, the pigment that gives color to the skin, hair, and eyes. i agree, heterochromia is extremely awesome and cool looking :) (hope this answers you...sort of)
