Try to run messenger in your A13 to see if its run fast no delay My A13 when I open messenger it takes 10 seconds to popup. But when it run and you run again it will run fast. Closed all apps and run your messenger. Make a video and compare A12 or any old smartphone and see which is fast to open. New subs here

What I don't like in samsung android Screenshot is still used 2 button to press. In Asus android you can change and use one button to screen shot. You cannot change screenshoy in all samsung. In your video you did not include the shortcut of one press of screenshot of samsung but not button below to press screenshot. That is what I did to my A13. I hate this 2 button to press screenshot.

There is a secure folder. One easy way to get to it is by scrolling down at the top so as to see the icons such as wifi, location, data, flashlight, and so in and then swipe to the left. Press the + button and you can then add secure folder.
