♥️this lesson ‼️ I think the most techniques I've seen is 10 & they don't explain the lesson near as well. You are a great teacher/artist ‼️Thank you so much ‼️ I'm pretty much self taught & my skills are more in drawing and coloring. I ♥️ painting (all kinds acrylic, watercolor, ect..) & being able to see what you are doing and the way you explain is what I need‼️ Thank you again, you made me one happy cat that can't wait to apply what you taught me‼️One of my favorite techniques is saran wrap (when it works the way I want it to)‼️Also ♥️ the bookmarks made my life much easier ‼️♥️♥️ You, John, & channel and appreciate ALL the hard work you put into this channel ‼️Wish I had you for an art teacher in highschool ‼️ I've also learned new vocabulary words.😉😻😻Just a little tip for whoever is like me; I could NEVER get any kind of tape to NOT let the paint bleed under the tape. Frog tape is the answer ‼️It really works, little more expensive but if the project is important to you or big, Frog Tape is the best in my opinion if you don't have liquid mask ‼️

I just found your watercolor channel and have watched your acrylic tutorials for years. You are such a gifted instructor. When you teach, I can relate this new (to me) medium techniques back to the same basics I learned from years of painting with acrylics. Thank you!!! I love this medium and will master it too!!!

I’m not a watercolor artist but more of a paper crafter, however I sometimes play with watercolors and watercolor pencils. I watched this video because most of the same techniques can be also used with alcohol inks which I also use. I absolutely loved this video because it shows the proper way to achieve the effects I sometimes can’t get right or forgot how to go about doing. Something I will be using watercolors with is coloring my stampings when I make cards. Saving this video so I can keep referring back to it when I sit down to craft. I want to mention that with your straw technique I use different sizes of eye droppers (craft suppliers and dollar stores sell very thin ones in different sizes) to blow the air when I want a much more controlled effect (they also double for dripping spots of water or alcohol). I also loved your video on making snow on trees which I struggle with and I paint mostly in the winter (I get triggered when it’s snowing!) Love your instruction methods keep up the great work, will be watching your other videos too!

Hi Cinnamon! Informative vid, thank you!! 🙏🏾🤩😃 Can I use Derwent Inktense blocks in black for the Grisaille technique? It’s permanent and does not lift or washout once dried. Had fun doing these techniques along with you, well except the Frisket and the Grisaille technique. 🤩🥰😃🎉
