I reaaaally hope for you, you don’t have back labor. I did with both of mine and it was an absolute nightmare. I felt like my pelvis was in a vice and being shattered. It’s soooo awful and no relief 😩 prayers that won’t be the case for you!

I'm almost 22 weeks, and my back is already killing me.. 😢and I've been getting nausea during the day for a few hours . I can't believe how fast time is flying by. We still need to buy a bunch of stuff for baby 👶 so excited for you !! I'm so nervous for labor and delivery especially because it's my first time .

A belly band does help with the back pain! I will be praying for you that the nausea let’s up! 😫 I swear every pregnancy I feel like I am not going to get everything in time and it always works out 🥰 thank you! I actually LOVE giving birth it’s truly such a miracle. You will be great!
