In my experience my luckiest summons have been Destroyed Namek,3 Pods,Base Form,and red text plus bodying Frieza,I always got 3 sparkings on those

Heart Virus SSJ Goku is rather interesting. If you pair him with a healer and support him with Yellow Piccolo that hp loss effect can be mitigated to a certain extent. Plus his main ability allowing him to increase damage and his unique ability of lowering the cost of all of his arts cards at the beginning of the battle make him an interesting unit to build a team around.
