So, a tip from neuroscience behind binural beats. Theyre pretty innefective doing anything unless its just the beats. Adding music to it is the equivelant of trying to build your ego in a meditation session

I typically make a mantra out of the Hebrew letters that spell out the name of the Sephira (In the case of Yesod, it's Yod, Samech, Vau, Daleth), the name of God associated to that sephira (Shadai-El Chai), the Archangle (Gabriel) and the name of the Sephira itself (Yesod) all while visualizing the magical image (in the case of Yesod, a nude young man) and the associated minor arcana of the Tarot (nine of cups. Ninth Sephria/cups being water, Yesod in the world of Yetzirah, the world of water.) If this method appeals to you, some short research on Kabbalistic correspondences will give you a complete list of these for each sephira. Each Sephira also has a virtue and vice associated with it. Yesod's virtue is independence and its vice is idleness. So you can also meditate on the qualities of those things.
