IMO they need somebody who has some connection to the armed forces. Remove the army of the games, and you can remove the whole games. The Queen of Swords could be Princess Anne, but she cannot do it without some more powerful person. When Wallace was still the MoD, he simply ordered that the IG has to transfer cooperation from some organisation Harry had chosen to one of which Anne was patron. Interestingly, that was possible. Harry was "demanding" that he at least need to have the opportunity to discuss the issue with the ministry, but that didn't happen.

It does appear to be something of a slow collapse. It seems the gentleman made sure things were all set for Invictus to continue for a few years before his departure, which is a good thing, but it also seems to have happened after H essentially snubbed those who *actually* worked to put the games together. I think Zara and Mike would be good for the invictus games .at the moment no one is going to give money to the games because wecall know where it will go .on the wifes clothes and expensive hotels .my heart goese out to the veterans they are being used to line the grifters pockets .IMHO

There are 2 cities that are shortlisted for the 2027 IG. Birmingham UK and Washington DC. What a happy Coincidence for mr todger that he has had, until now, friends in both high places. Mr todgers great mate, Johnny Mercer, former Minister for Veteran Affairs was just voted out of office in the UK elections. Mercer was a huge advocate of the IG games being held in Birmingham. Just the BID to hold the games cost £26 Million !! Will the new UK Labour minister be as chummy with, and accomodating of haznoballs ? Would a prospective new government in the US be interested in prioritising Invictus over US associations ?

Poor guy. No way the Duke of Dim pulled Invictus off. Well, he'll go on to bigger and better things. Not so for the Dimwit and his awful wife. She has nothing to do with Invictus and needs to stay the hell out of it. Fingers crossed for Zara (and Mike - it's a twofer in a good way). Harry feels free now to run this completely into the ground? Oh good. The organization will eventually end up merging with the Warrior Games from whence it came. Thanks MWT
