You can only Mythic Orb into jewels that can drop globally. So Healthy Mind (corruption-only) is not something you can Mythic into.

Uniques were so cheap that to buy ancestral vision with CB on it, I just went and got a whole bunch of those uncorrupted jewels priced 39-40c at the time. Sold by bots in large amount. Just vaal them until CB, the cost is nothing since you hit other good implicit that sell at a profit along the way. Reduce curse, rmr, pen, shock reduction, anything sell with a little or a lot of profit. So my CB Ancestral Vision had negative cost, I made profit vaaling for it.
